The University of Sierra Leone is the premier institution of higher learning in Sierra Leone. Originally established through the expansion of Fourah Bay College on Mount Aureol, the university has evolved into a dynamic beacon of academic excellence, research innovation, and leadership across West Africa.
Today, the university comprises three distinctive constituent colleges: Fourah Bay College (FBC), the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), and the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS). Together, these institutions are dedicated to fostering student growth and practical skills to prepare future leaders for local and global industries.
